The staff was super friendly and helpful! my room, the breakfast area, and the bar were all great. i found parking for my car, about twenty spaces are available. i also noted public parking options are nearby in case the hotel spots fill up. It's reassuring to have alternatives!

the hotel is conveniently close to the bus station and guild ale house! it's situated on the town's edge near deepdale stadium, still a walk away! i enjoyed the accessibility to transportation and local attractions.

The reception staff were pretty good, offering five-star assistance! they secured drinks from the bar, engaged in conversation, stored my luggage during my shopping trip and even ordered taxis for me. I felt so pampered!

I noticed a mini gym is available, though i didn't personally use it! also, i counted about twenty free parking spaces on the premises, a definite plus with cars. It adds to the convenience of the stay.

surprising gem

the room included a clean bathroom with a nice bath, it felt good. i found the staff very friendly, especially at breakfast time, they were so lovely. the food available was high quality. there was parking for about 20 cars at the hotel, it made things easy.
the window had an inside slide which caused a draft when closed, i noticed it. this meant i could hear street noise with cars all night, it was slightly disturbing.

i stayed in a standard room for 3 nights this year the front desk staff was always available and check-in was swift the hotel provided free parking which was helpful the room included a tv with several channels.
the gym equipment was a little outdated needing some maintenance.

My room was a lovely modern room. The bathroom was super clean and modern. I found fabulous toiletries. The reception staff could not have been more helpful. They ordered taxis for me.
I found no parking space available. My room was too small. I could not easily move around. The facilities in the room seemed a bit old, I think they need an upgrade.
